Karen Davis, Registered Social Worker and Founder of Aging Well

Meet Karen Davis, RSW

My professional experience, together with my personal experience supporting aging family members, has shown me how quickly appointments, services and difficult decisions can become overwhelming.

I created Aging Well to help connect the pieces and provide the consistent guidance families often need between healthcare appointments and community services.

Through personalized care navigation, advocacy, care coordination, caregiver support, and life transition and resilience coaching, I help individuals and families understand their options, make informed decisions and move forward with greater confidence.

Who We Support

Aging Adults

Individuals planning ahead, aging in place, recovering from illness or adapting to changing health and support needs.

Families Living at a Distance

       Individuals Navigating         Life Transitions

People adjusting to retirement, caregiving, grief and loss, health changes, relocation or changes in living arrangements.

You do not have to navigate aging, caregiving or life’s transitions alone. We are here to help you find a clear path forward.

Why Aging Well Exists

Aging Well Care Navigation was founded on a simple belief: no one should have to navigate aging, caregiving or significant life transitions alone.

Healthcare appointments can be brief, services may be difficult to access or coordinate, and families are often left trying to connect all the pieces while managing difficult decisions and changing needs.

Aging Well bridges the gaps between healthcare, community services, daily living and family support. We provide compassionate guidance, practical coordination and a consistent point of contact so individuals and families can feel informed, supported and more confident about the path ahead.

Why Families Choose Aging Well

Choosing support for yourself or someone you care about is an important decision. Aging Well provides professional, personalized guidance grounded in experience, compassion and respect.
