Meet Karen Davis, RSW
Karen Davis, RSW, brings more than 23 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and care teams through life's most complex transitions. Combining professional expertise with genuine compassion, shehelps aging adults and their families navigate healthcare, community resources, care decisions, with confidence.
As a mother of four adult children, Karen also brings personal experience supporting aging loved ones. Through raising her family, she navigated the realities of helping family members from another province while also supporting her father-in-law's aging journey and transition here in Calgary. These experiences deepened her understanding of the practical, emotional, and often overwhelming decisions families face.
Karen's goal is simple: to ensure aging adults and their families feel supported, informed, and never alone as they navigate changing care needs.

Why Aging Well Exists
Over the years, both professionally and personally, I have seen how quickly families can become overwhelmed when an aging loved one's needs begin to change.
Appointments multiply. Decisions become more complex. Family members often find themselves trying to navigate healthcare, community resources, paperwork, and care planning with little guidance or support.
Aging Well Care Navigation was created to provide the kind of practical, compassionate support families need during these transitions — helping older adults and their loved ones feel informed, connected, and never alone in the process.
