3. Complimentary Consultation
 

We will arrange a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your situation, initial concerns and the kind of support you may need. There is no obligation to continue.
 

4. Review and Consent
 

If you decide to proceed, you will receive the Client Handbook, Client Service Agreement and required consent forms to review and complete.
 

5. Intake & Care Planning
 

The $200 Client Intake & Care Planning process helps us understand your circumstances, priorities, preferences and goals.


6. Personalized Support
 

You will receive a personalized service plan outlining recommended supports, resources and next steps. Ongoing services can then begin based on your needs and preferences.
